This place butchers its own meat and smokes some of it. I can say it has some of the best hot smoked salmon I have ever had. I also tried the smoked pork loin which was also excellent. I will stop in to buy some more the next time I am in the area. I did make sure to leave with some to take home.

Wow, hidden gem. 35 minutes from St. Andrews, could by 80% of our groceries their. The in store butcher is a real plus. Their selection of fresh meat is greatly appreciated. Their prices are fair. Service is great. Will be a regular stop for us now.
