Went there couple of time to get a package without having the card they left at the door. And the girl that was there was really not please with that but i wont do 5min ride to get to the mailbox and comeback when i can pick it up directly. When i go im so happy to see the guy working ... he seem to be the only one wanting to help you instead of letting you feel that you bother them!Happen couple of time also that they delivered my package to wrong address. Okay i get that they might be busy but if you do that at other job you would get fired!

They're quite busy and cover a lot of area in less than ideal conditions for a third of the year. Mail has always shown up and been in one piece, the delivery/staff personnel have always been pleasant.
