“We're touring cyclists and had an aggravating issue with one of our bikes. Eric really understood the mechanics and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes with the issue nothing but history with the bicycle running perfectly.I feel like we were treated like cyclists rather than customers by someone who is a cyclist too!
