We're touring cyclists and had an aggravating issue with one of our bikes. Eric really understood the mechanics and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes with the issue nothing but history with the bicycle running perfectly.I feel like we were treated like cyclists rather than customers by someone who is a cyclist too!

I went there for snow racquets a couple years ago, and the service was great. We spent an hour with one of the guys working there and got all the help we needed. Great time and service overall. Highly recommend.

I went there to buy multiple ebike but the little skinny guy named marky was so argumentative that i woudnt do business there. It there lost i would have bough multiple ebike.i never in my life had that happened to me before
