Called twice on a zero turn mower and ended up going in to see and purchase. Everyone I talked to out of the 3 were different guys and they were all on the same page with zero hesitation. This means these guys all work together in determination for a happy customer. The delivery process was again a different guy and offered the same professionalism. This goes a long way in today's business ways. They involved my wife and she was very happy as well and she took care of the delivery without me. Great Service!

Live in Saint John most my life, first time I stopped in as the wife and myself looking for a cost effective solution to our home which is also my wife's daycare for snow removal.
Spoke to Devin, he was busy doing something else, dropped what he was doing and asked if we needed help, explaining our situation he could have tried to sell us the most expensive snowblower or small tractor. He gave us a possible solution for a snowblower, didn't pressure for an up selling, I even mentioned canopy so the snow will not blow in face and he said he didn't care for them himself, this tells me he is honest and a strong indicator also with explaining the base model is all we would really need. Showed us out back, like the fact I do not have to ship to Timbuktu for service. I never give a review before I purchase, my gut tells me that they stand by there products. 4 out of 5, let's see if this changes after this weekend.
Update, September 17th 2024. Purchased and received my Ariens snowblower. Devin and the staff at KV rentals was a decision I feel confident will not be regrettable.
Profesional, friendly, approachable with product knowledge all while tailored to our needs. I also believe that if there is any issue be it the snowblower failure or an issue on my part the crew at KV rentals will do there best to resolve problems.
Also nice to see they have solutions for many more products, big or small rentals at affordable prices.
I hope to continue to use KV rentals in the future if need be, you also will now have my children's business as they are home owners and own rental properties.

I highly recommend this location for all your repairs and rental needs. Even if the "other place" can get to your lawnmower sooner, there is a reason for that, bring it here anyway. The customer service at this location is amazing. They will go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer even if your purchase is a tiny one. It makes no difference to them, you are valued and you feel it. I like to support businesses that have exceptional customer service and add value to the community in general. This is it.
