It is pretty bad when someone goes to a bank and they will not give you change. ITS A BANK, you will NEVER get any business from me again. I had a mortgage with them and this is how you treat customers. Pathetic

Been a long time customer of TD. Went into this branch with my daughter to request a small loan for university. Started the process weeks in advance. The gentleman we dealt with, Jerin, was extremely inexperienced. Told us we had the loan and it would be accessible in 48 hours. Week later nothing. Followed up via email three times over the course of week and no reply. Needless to say, stressful and unprofessional. Will no longer bank at this location and will go to the one in SJ where the staff and team are experienced and professional.

This branch provides excellent customer service. My representative Deon Roberts went above and beyond to help me with a time sensitive issue when he was out of the office. His help was much appreciated!

15 ppl in line at lunch. Highest banking fees and you can't staff properly. I don't think I need to say how you missed the mark on customer service.

I just tried to call the bank 4 times. Can't speak to a single representative and you're wasting all my long distance time on hold just to have someone transfer me on hold again. Worst bank ever, I can't wait to close my account.

I gave it one star only because there’s no way to give it no stars. I can’t begin to tell you how much of my time this bank has wasted through its incompetence, arrogance and downright stupidity.Here’s the latest. To avoid them at any cost, I programmed my iPad with all the necessary information to access my account. Then I set it up to use my fingerprint as authorization.Now I have been told that they have blocked me BECAUSE I TRIED TO ACCESS MY OWN ACCOUNT TOO OFTEN!To get into the account now, they want all kinds of pertinent details and passwords, none of which I know. That’s why I set up fingerprint access. And because I made a couple of guesses, I’ve now been totally blocked.I’m supposed to call Easyweb, the biggest misnomer since Air Canada ran Rapidair. But guess what? To talk to them, you have to give the kind of information that would have given me internet access had I known it.Last time we had a problem they insisted that it could be solved ONLY if I drove 29 hours to the branch which holds the account.I’m heading for one of those world-wide internet services that know what they’re doing.

We had to pay a loan off at the TD Quispam Branch, went in on Oct 31st and tried to pay it off, the two cheques basically double what we actually owed them, they took both cheques (wouldn't even endorse the smaller amount back to us when the first one over paid it by a substantial amount), that was after 40+ mins of sitting and no one knowing what to do. Then we were told we would have our portion of the money back within 24 hours, deposited directly into our RBC account, at the worst 72 hours. Well it is now November 7th, still no money, I have called the branch a couple times to speak to the manager (whom we dealt with on the 31st), she acts oblivious to the situation and keeps stating the same thing, the money was 'supposed' to be in there, tells you she will call you back and doesn't, happened twice. This service is unacceptable. I am happy to say I don't bank with TD. What a joke of a branch!!!
