I wish this place would answer the phone or even just call back. I've tried so many times to make an appointment for my neighbor's dog with never any luck. Very poor customer service if you're asking me I've left messages and I still don't get a phone call back.

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The staff is very patient and have some extra ideas up their sleeves to help your dog's grooming session go smoother. I strongly recommend Finch's Landing grooming.

Always gives fair price for services offered. I've had issues reaching someone to answer the phone or return a phone call for a booking and customer service does seem lacking

My 7 pd puppy was 'kicked-out' of 3 other grooming salons, as she was fearful and unmanageable. The lady at Finch's Landing however, knowing this, booked my puppy on a Friday after hours when there were no other dogs there, took her time with her and above all was incredibly patient with her. She let me stay with her while she groomed her, which took close to 2 hours...and she only charged me the regular rate! She is a true animal lover and I highly recommend taking your dog to her both for her skill and the well-being of your dog!

Easy access, lots of free parking, staff are great, take great care of your baby!
