“Once vehicle has been dropped off there is no communication between the shop and the customer. We do not get any status of repair or an estimate on when car will be ready. Unless we call we are in the dark. The front desk employees are friendly and professional.Communication could be done by e-mail, text messages or even a web login.”
“They did a great job fixing a dent on my car. I saw some scratches that I didn’t remember seeing before when I picked up my car. I talked with one of the staff and they showed me the photos from when I dropped it off to confirm that the scratches were there before they worked on my car. They were very polite about it, even though they didn’t have to be, which I appreciate.”

“CarStar Dieppe, NB - These guys are seriously THE BEST!!! I somehow managed to collide with my garage and the front of my car was in bad shape. AND I needed the car for a road trip three weeks later. Other body shops were giving us a 1.5 week wait just to evaluate the damage, never mind the actual repair. CarStar saw us the next day, gave me an appointment to take it in a week later, they told me the repair would take four days (which was fine) and they called me to pick it up TWO days later!!! Amazing! The repair is top notch and the nice gentleman at the front was super friendly and helpful (first time I had to get my car repaired). Very, very happy with my experience.”
