The giant tiger at Coverdale. The tall woman who is the manager always has an unfriendly vibe. When you ask her questions about a product she’s very dismissive and not willing to be of assistance. Another day I had an issue by the self service machine, she was about to walk past me until I called her attention to the machine, reluctantly with a frown as she usually gives me, she attended to it and walked away.
