They no longer go the extra step to let you know about a new drug, or how it is used, weather your prescription has expired, or even if they can refill it or not. And head office doesn't have the decency to return calls. The pharmacy at one time was the best now they are just drug dealers period!

Tried to call this pharmacy at 5:50 & no one answered about a new drug !

When buying some things, a lipstick would not ring in. The clerk told me I could not have the item because it would not ring in the register.(this was after little effort to do so) I did not feel like I had experienced good customer service. I am disappointed and will choose another location in the future.
