Unless we call we are in the dark. The front desk employees are friendly and professional.Communication could be done by e-mail, text messages or even a web login.”

“CarStar Dieppe, NB - These guys are seriously THE BEST!!! I somehow managed to collide with my garage and the front of my car was in bad shape. AND I needed the car for a road trip three weeks later. Other body shops were giving us a 1.5 week wait just to evaluate the damage, never mind the actual repair. CarStar saw us the next day, gave me an appointment to take it in a week later, they told me the repair would take four days (which was fine) and they called me to pick it up TWO days later!!!
