The Superstore offers great customer service and a little bit of everything as a shop. The store has a well stocked Natural section with a wide variety of items and fresh produce that is fresh and well stocked. You can find new freshly cooked tortilla chips and fresh salsa, the only place to get pork pies, and a selection of international foods from Europe. The staff are helpful and friendly, and great people helped with options if items are not in stock. The store is nice and clean, easy to maneuver around, but many self checkouts and not enough cashiers causing long lines at checkout. Prices are high, so you need to look for deals.

Nicely set up store! PC grocery order was crappy but that was a year ago - hopefully it’s improved.
I did an online order and had it delivered and that was a better experience.

Great customer service. Checked online for and item. Said they had it went there item wasn't there asked customer service just incase they had none in stock went with another option and helped me out a lot great people!!!

Since renovations have been done. I am not impressed with all the steel gates and entry gates just to get inside to purchase the food. Too many self checkouts & not enough cashiers at checkouts, therefore causing long lines to checkout.
