This is a fantastic shop if you want to eat meat that taste like you raised it yourself.
Their sausages are beautiful. They are very tasty and not at all greasy. The poultry taste like chicken that I grew up eating on the farm. The stuffed chicken thighs are wow.
I cannot recommend this butcher enough.
