After hearing someone complain in the line about how long he has to wait every time he comes to this location, I was served promptly by Connor who got me what I needed within 5 minutes of speaking to him. Excellent service and very quick! Thank you Connor!

The branch is very friendly.
All of the staff are very helpful.
At times the lineups can be longer than desired if one needs to see a customer service rep.
Appointments with personal bankers are easy to get online.
Two ATMs inside plus a drive thru outside. Can get US dollars.
Overall I am very satisfied.

Very frustrated with this branch. Renewed a credit card in October, which never came, and none of my calls or emails to the agent who assisted me were returned. Then, had a virtual appointment scheduled with an agent today, to undertake the whole process again, and they never sent a link for the call or notified me of any delays or cancellations to the meeting time. The next open appointment isn't for two weeks... Infuriating... Do better, RBC.

Trying to deal with this bank is an ordeal in itself. Try calling customer service dept and you get disconnected every time… try speaking with a human is impossible…. Trying to leave a complaint on their site is impossible… the automatic voice recording will disconnect and hang up on you everytime… the most frustrating bank I have ever tried to deal with. Dreadful experience……

Dealt with RBC my entire life I have multiple accounts with them. Many of which they profit from. Therefore, I believe I should be considered a valued customer, but clearly that’s not the case. They currently have an incentive for cash back upon beginning a mortgage with them. Long story short after dealing with Ravi Arni the manager / supervisor of the mortgage specialists at RBC he notified me that he would not approve the incentive for me even though I went and got a mortgage with them mid March within their specified dates of February 16-June 16, 2021. This being the case according to this incentive I would only receive 500$ cash back from RBC for my mortgage agreement with them. While they profit around 15,000$ for the 5 year term of the mortgage. Their un-willingness to provide good customer service goes to show their values and morals revolve around greed not the customer service. The representative (Ravi) during my phone call even went on to state that my history with their bank meant nothing.Im shocked and disappointed. I’ll look to TD or other customer oriented locations for a lot of my accounts in the future (Ie insurances, savings, and mortgages).Ps. By reading the other reviews you can clearly see that they do truely have some of the worst customer service in the business!!

I been client at RBC , 10 years, I thought we have tight relationship, but it comes out it is nothing to do with opinion at the RBC, they do not care. Not good bank at All! False reputation, I guess this bank have a lot of investors ( it is primarily assets, not the clients), it why this bank at good position in public, it is nothing to do with the service & offers. The only way you are as a client have a credit card or loan if you don't need the money)) wish you have relationship with the right bank, who care about their clients!

Worst customer service first a manager at the call center yelled and cursed at me then hung up the phone because I informed her this call is being recorded and then go to the bank and they refused to cash my work check stay far far away from rbc I really regret ever leaving td bank I had nothing but good service with td fyi the bank teller who was rude at the bank name was elaine

Worst bank ive ever worked with. Fees are insane and on fridays and saturdays they sometimes have ONE counter open and it lines near the door. Very rude support also. Do not reccomend to anyone not even student. The workers inside are miserable and rude at worst
