Just went to the marr road shell car wash. My car was not very dirty, but I wanted to clean it before I put it away for winter.
I bought the gold car wash. It was as dirty after as before I went through.
My husband felt sorry for me and is now washing it by hand.

Give you one star for one reason:
On internet is saying you are open 24 hours, which is not true. Came two time once at 12:00 am and not able to fill up, second came at 23:02, same story and a lady was in the store looking at us but she did not give the authorized to fill up, good thing I still have enough gas to arrive at home. Next day I had to take, my second car, filled up a gas container to put gas into first car, then another drive to the gas station. I love Shell gas, but I don't think so I will visit anymore Shell Marr Rd.

Went there Saturday night before 9 & tried to get gas 4 X & lifted nozzle & cancelled every time & even called the guy out & he said he had to approve it inside, cancelled again, not sure what he was doing inside but we left without gas & went to Irving & no issues there!!!

Love the app to pay. But don’t go if you don’t need a car wash. Bought one 2 months ago and Haven’t been able to use it because it’s never open.

Loto machine was down again. Had to go to another place to get my tickets. Sign that tells the price of gas hasn't worked in weeks. Shabby run business.

This station is awesome. Always Fantastic staff. Went there tonight and no idea how to put tire in my almost flat tire. Gordie took pity on me and helped fill up my tire. We even joked about how i should know better. He was fantastu . Thank you so much!!
