Very nice and friendly until it’s time to move out, then you’re worst tenants they’ve ever had. You won’t be seeing ur security deposit back. Charged me 600$ to clean the walls.

Landlords regularly violate Tenant rights to privacy and do “surprise inspections” without warning. (NB rules tenants must receive 24 hour notice before a landlord may enter the property/unit)

As a student I was very pleased with my apartment-lady's in the office were very pleasant-damage deposit returned!!
