This new system is terrible. It won't accept the new ID sent in the mail-, I can't get thru to any of the three numbers. This is unusual terrible customer service from Bayview.

This place is 100% the worst bank ever.No one will help with problems, you get a run around from both branch and head office.Don't be fooled go to a different bank.
