On the evening of Monday, November 2,2020 at 17:00:49 hours my girlfriend perchased a $50 Lucky mobile top-up card for her cell phone at this store. Upon returning to our home immediately after, she attempted to apply the top-up card to her Lucky Mobile Account and realized that there was about 4-5 missing/ faded numbers beyond recognition. A Lucky mobile technician advised her to call the store with reciept in hand and ask for the missing numbers that there should be no problem with the clerk looking up the copy of the reciept and giving the missing numbers. She has tried calling several times but no one will answer the phone. We are getting rather annoyed by this because without the missing numbers she can't activate her phone. She is going to continue to call the store until she gets a answer, her name is Jessica Scott.
