We visited this butcher and met a very nice man named Ken. We bought sausage, the stuffed mushroom caps and a rib eye steak. All were very good but the steak was extra special. One of the best rib eyes we’ve had. Seriously. In Edmunston. Who knew? Highly recommended. A go to place for sure.
