“Called first thing in the morning for a washer pick up, they had someone out there within the hour. We had a second hand washer (purchased from fb marketplace) that was leaking, spoke with the fellow that was picking up the old washer and informed us that they do service calls. We spoke to a lady on the phone, she gave us the cost for the service call and the part they had in stock that they thought might have been wrong with the washer. They were back at the house within 30 minutes, fixed the washer, cleared the error. Only $201 to fix it which is much cheaper than purchasing a brand new one! Thanks Kitchen Craft! :)”
