They are kind of pricey but on the other hand, everything is expensive now.Customer service was nice, dealt with two different men and both times the service was good. They even loaded everything into my car for me. Special Order turn around time was roughly a week.Would recommend and would definitely go back if needing something else.”

“The staff was very friendly and informative. I also didn't wait dropping off or picking up...nice quick service which is great considering most are going to work. I appreciated them letting me know the timeframe and the steps needed to fix my car. They were ahead of schedule and followed up during the repairs to keep informed on the status of the repairs and the expected timeframe. This isn't something I'm used these days, it seems the customer is usually the one calling to check on things. When I picked up my vehicle, the service was quick once again. The BEST part though...after I left and got into my vehicle I notice the BEAUTIFUL fresh smell and then I looked around and to my SURPRISE my whole vehicle was CLEAN, inside and out!!!! “I got into an accident in march 2021 with my truck. They fix my truck and did a good job. Threw that year a bubble pop up underneath the paint. I went to see preferred cause the job was on warranty. Got an appointment. We had to change the appointment cause shortness of staff, all good. On October 26 they took the truck in for 2 days and repaint the whole door. Bubble in the paint is gone.
