Poor service. There is no signage to say the pick up desk is at the back of the store. Stood in line at service desk only to be told after 12-15mins that picks are at the back. I go to back and there is no one there. I should have been in and out of the store... Guess I'm shopping online next time and get it delivered.

I bought Xbox half year ago. Last week, one controller didn’t work. It has one year manufacture warranty. So I checked the manufacturer web site. The warranty was expired months ago. Another controller was same. I went to store with my receipt and checked with customer service. One guy said the manufacturer warranty was provided by manufacturer and had no business with them. It is the stupidest answer I heard in my whole life. I can not believe that Best Buy soproduc or returned products to customers. I will ask some experts or lawyers to find the solution for this situation.New update: I chatted with your team on website as your suggestion, they told me they couldn’t do anything, I should visit the local store. How ridiculous!

Thanks to the staff at Best Buy. Saturday and today I accompanied a friend with difficulties communicating to Best Buy. The staff members were outstanding. respectful, kind and helpful as they reached a solution to her tech problems.

I stopped into Best Buy about 2 years ago and wanted to buy a Dyson hair dryer set and they told me that there isn’t any but will take my name and number for the list which I left, so he told me when one comes in they would call me. Every time I was in that area (which takes 20 minutes to drive one way) I would stop in to see if any came in but no was the answer. There is no number for me to call and check. So I was in that area the other day looking for something else and sure enough they have 4 of them in. I told the lady that they were supposed to call me when they come in because I was on the list and she just looked at me and didn’t say nothing. I really wanted one then but after seeing that and not getting a call from no one I was really mad and upset so I just left. I never leave posts about people but I had too this time.

The staff here are wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Most impressive of all, they somehow managed to get Batman as the manager. Not sure how Best Buy swung that one but it's pretty cool.

I went in to purchase a small deep freeze, was advised the staff was not allowed to help the customers put appliances in their vehicles.However the young man had a co worker help him get it off the shelf as it was awkward but had no problem walking away from me as I had to load it in my SVU by myself. I am 62, greeter watched me from inside. Disgraceful way to treat customers.

Placed an online pickup order for a gaming monitor that only had 1 left in stock. My order was cancelled 30 mins later by the store saying that “item is out of stock.” Drove up to the store to look at their other monitor selections and found the EXACT monitor I placed an online order for sitting in the shelf. Don’t know why the order was cancelled in the first place. Bought it and walked out.Don’t know if it’s incompetence or dishonesty by the staff, but that is unacceptable.
