Guy name Joel benoit, who responded with his job, they should pay back when I cancel into my bank account directly but they decided to sent a mail to keep waste time with Canada strike into 3 weeks or almost month still wait and no money yet, he wasn’t good person and service. There price too much too and don’t trust this.

What an awful experience. I canceled my house insurance because of price increase, however the agent forgot to cancel it so 2 more months payments were taken out and I have to wait over 2 weeks to get my money returned!! Don't put your trust in these agents.

We deal with Joey McTague and we have peace of mind knowing he knows our home, our policy and will pick up the phone to answer our questions. As new homeowners, having a REAL PERSON organize our insurance and all the relevant paperwork makes all the difference. I know I have someone I can call about questions I have regarding my policy, changes or updates to my home, and if you've ever tried to fill out forms for insurance companies or compare policies or decipher your own, you know it's MUCH SIMPLER to have someone who knows what they are doing. Would definitely recommend this real customer service in an era of automated phone menus and endless back-and-forth emails. Technology makes some things easy, but sometimes it's nice just knowing someone has the answers and is there to help you out.

I was done dealing with them before i even got done talking to the receptionist very rude and seemed very inconvenienced that i called for a quote i suppose how dare i call and insurance broker looking for insurance! Oh well looks like I'll take getting robbed elsewhere

It was a pleasure to cooperating with this insurance company!First of all, they provided me with the best price for an auto insurance among all companies I requested quotes from.Secondly, always fast responses. I worked with Ashley and she was here to help with all questions that I had as well as providing additional documents needed.Overall great experience and I will recommend McTague Insurance to everybody I know.
