I went to this dealership because I was interested in buying a new Impreza that they had in stock.I had done research on the Subaru website and I knew what the payments would look like for a lease.When we started talking numbers with the sales person, I noticed a big difference in their prices. I asked if they could provide a breakdown of the price, which they did. I then realized that they had put a lot of extra warranties, although I didn't ask for them. They said there were mandatory in all Century dealerships.I decided to go to a different Century dealership to see if that was true. I was surprised to see that none of the mandatory warranties were written on the receipt they provided. The sales person at the other dealership even said that there were optional. I went back to Century Subaru to let them know of my findings and the only response I had were that the warranties were probably hidden in the overall price. How nice...The warranties in question were expensive ($2495) and unnecessary in my opinion. It also included a $100 alignment, how convenient on a new car! The business manager never agreed to take them off, so that's when I decided to leave.I went to a different Subaru dealership and I had a much nicer experience. I'm paying $63 less every 2 weeks for the same lease term and same buy back amount! That's a crazy difference! That's why I don't recommend this dealership. I'm so happy I decided to go somewhere else. Don't hesitate to ask the price breakdown and do some research on the mandatory amounts to pay. You will end up saving a ton!

We have nothing but praise and appreciation for our experience with Century Subaru in Saint John NB. Our 2020 Crosstrek appeared to have a drain on the battery and our local mechanic was unable to identify the source. We live on an island and are unable to travel to the mainland, so had it towed by CAA. Brendan, the service manager, kept me updated on progress and arranged to have the car delivered back to the ferry at no cost. A 10 is not high enough to rate the fantastic treatment we received! Took my car in with a small list of issues and they made a video in less than a half hour from my arrival showing me everything in detail and allowing me to approve repairs from my seat. Incredible service A++ work

Century Subaru staff are extremely polite and the service is excellent!We plan to be with this dealership for ever.An added bonus is the dealership is clean and tidy with clean bathrooms for clients .Coffee and hot chocolate while you wait.If you wish to go shopping while your car is being serviced they call you a taxi at their expense.The video they show as to what has been done to your vehicle is incredible.Their service and car is well worth our 100km drive.

My Subaru Forester is very important to me. I bought it in December 2019, replacing my 7 year old Subaru Forester. Before that I had Toyota Corollas that were good also but my husband kept asking me to get a car higher and bigger because he was finding the Corolla harder to get into. I tried several kinds of cars before deciding on the Subaru Forester because it felt most comfortable, the backseat felt best for my daughter and 2 grandchildren as they sometimes went with us and it felt the safest to drive. Research told me it really was a very safe vehicle. It is a 2019 Forester and I hope to always be able to have a Subaru!
