You get told a different thing by every representative who works here. If you push back, you get talked to in a very poor manner. Do yourself a favour if you dont want do be spoken to in a grossly condescending tone, avoid this place. Management included.

I am so pleased with the service I have received over the past eight years with your store in Amherst Nova Scotia . Then staff are not only the friendliest I've ever dealt with but the knowledge of each member is amazing .They have a way of greeting the customer like no other . Recently as yesterday I dealt with the Manager as I have many times and I highly recommend this store to many people and friends .Please ensure this Staff knows how they are seen through the public eye. My husband and I recommend Charm Jeweller’s, McAllister Place Mall.
The whole team is exceptional and the service is bar none… the best that we have ever experienced.
I have dealt with Susan for over 30+ years and have always been extremely satisfied.
Holly is an incredibly beautiful person to deal with and as a Manager she goes above and beyond.
Customer service is of utmost importance there!
They just have such an amazing group of ladies working in there as well.
So, we give it 5 +++ stars if we could!

I've purchased a few items from this Charm location in McAllister Place. They frequently have good sales and no matter who assists me, it's always a friendly and professional experience. In addition, I bought a watch into the store that was gifted to me and not purchased here and they sized it free of charge. They also rectified and resolved an issue with a necklace I have at no cost. Can't say enough good things.

I’ve been dealing with holly shanks for years now and I’ve never been disappointed with any experience. I’ve had rings lose diamonds and chains break and she made it right everytime making me feel like she actually cares about customers which is rare now a days. Thats why I continue to do business there and you should too.
