This Uptown CIBC branch is One of the best CIBC branch in the Saint John. Great CSRs and Manager Kyle is amazing. Best Customer and banking service.Me and my wife went to the CIBC on Consumer drive (EAST SIDE) branch and got treated badly, felt racism at high level. Worst CSRs I have ever been seen in Canada.

If you are a Simplii Financial customer, don’t expect help from the CIBC parent company. The staff will point you at the atm and if that doesn’t help, you are out of luck. Was not able to deposit an american cheque, so basic. When PC Financial became simplii, the service went to pot. Leaving for TD and apparently the staff at CIBC couldn’t care less, so good riddance. ✌️

I love this branch because they treat you like family and I never had a problem with the services they provide you with. They helped me many times with banking and they even waived my banking fee at one point. The staff are very friendly and right there to accommodate you with the best service and your best interest in mind. I got to give this place a five star rating. I love this branch and banking with CIBC!!!!
