I dropped by to ask them to help me out with the inflate machine and the cashier there was rude, she just held out the money that I lost to the machine almost like shooing me away, her customer service was bad. But I would also like to mention that the person in the booth and another cashier they seemed new and tried to help as much as possible but this lady just shooed me away, I was polite but she did not have to be rude to me by shoving the money on my face rather than listening to what I had to say. Sometimes its not about the money but a customer would just want your help with resolving the issue with your faulty device, no need to be rude there!

Extremely rude staff. Was in tonight and have never been treated so rudely anywhere ever. Will not be back. You may want to change your little slogan that was outside the door. We definitely did not "leave happy"

The woman who works nights is very friendly. The old guy with white hair needs to go...good god almighty - dealing with him kept me away from this store. He has an attitude and tone of voice that makes you feel like you did something wrong by giving them your business. He may be a miserable person and if so I am sorry and I can understand that life is difficult and can appreciate that but don't pass this garbage attitude onto customers who may equally have had a bad day thank you very much. Other than that it is a typical Irving Gas Station and the bathrooms could use a revamp.

Went to the circle k on fairville and tried to get gas in the night. I am on call for a hospital and rely on 24 hour gas stations to be open when I need gas to get back and forth. I went and tried to pump gas and no one was there. I was trying to pump gas and pay at the pump and no one was there to approve my transaction. I couldn't get gas and am hoping that there are no more emergencies that I am required for. Terrible service.

Mon Sept 24/18 5.10 pm pulled up to the full serve pump waited for attendant for service. I gave him $100.00 bill prior to pumping the $20.00 i requested.He then asked if he could do my windshield,i said no thank you.He then proceeded to tell me he had just done his float and i would have to pay inside.So not only did i pay more for my gas,as i might as well been at self serve.I felt he should have run the money to the store for change,not me. I needed more space about same attendant dif time
