Went in looking for specific product. Asked if anyone could help me. Person was eating at cash and pointed towards area to product. Was not helpful. Left store and went to Sport Chek where customer service was great.

One star for service is a stretch. Went in to get my son new gear the associate that was helping me was beyond rude to both my son and I. He needed to be fitted. Complete inconvenience for him to walk out back and try a couple of different sizes and widths. My Son tried a total of three skates on but when I asked for him to try another he threw skates in the box very hastily. That was when I decided to take my money elsewhere. On the way out I asked to if the manager was in….he was the Manager! So your store lost a couple thousand dollars today. We needed all new gear. So go see Tyler at Dorians he was more than happy to help us. No need to spend our hard earned money at Cleaves Source for sports. (Saint John New Brunswick).

Went in with a skate issue. AJ at the service desk is amazing!! Very knowledgeable and had the skate fixed quickly! Thank you for the great service

I had no complaints about wearing my mask in this store. They had enough staff working that I didn't have to wait around for someone to help me out. Friendly staff too. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to product selection and prices on women's softball cleats compared to other stores in the area. I've always enjoyed shopping at Cleve's though and I'll continue to shop there!

The store is limiting the number of people in the store. Good signage about safety guidelines.Noticed a staff member helping a guess by carrying a large package to the customers vehicle.Nice to see this level of customer service at this time.

I bought a head scarf hat on scale for $29.99 in March 2020. The colors did not match my coat. I planned to return it but then Covid hit . We were in self isolation for 2 weeks due to travel. Then we were very careful as we are seniors. We tried returning another product to another store in May but they were not accepting any returns. We kept seeing signs on other stores about no returns. Today I tried to return my head scarf hat to Cleves and was told I was past the 60 day return policy. I mentioned Covid and other stores not accepting returns. The manager on duty was very curt and said no returns after 60 days. I was very disappointed with this manager and stores attitude. No understanding of honest people trying to return items during a time of covid uncertainty.

Twice now I've showed up ready and willing to spend money outfitting myself and my young fella for summer and got tuned away for not wearing a mask. I was even willing to wear one had you provided them, but you wanna sell me on lol?! You ppl realize there are dozens of stores to shop within walking distance that dont require this. I find it offensive honesty, and its gotta be hard on business.
