“As much as we enjoy the clothing, it is the Customer Service I need to highlight. I have had multiple trips to the Saint John, NB location and both George and Logan keep me coming back. Not only have they both gone above and beyond to help us find the styles and sizes we need, but they are both incredibly friendly. They make me feel like I have my own personal shoppers (Insert Pretty Woman reference here). They have excellent sales skills without being pushy. Their employer is very lucky to have them.”

“My wife and I had a great opportunity at new location in McAllister mall. Since she got pregnant, she would like to find a stretchy pants (business casual) that she can wear during work time. However, during the visit, there is only one suitable style that we can find. Afterwards, when we were about the check out, the associate called Arnika who helped us in change room find another perfect pants with different style for us, which surprised us so much. Love this place, highly recommended.”
“I enjoy this store. One of the few retailers where you can still purchase decent men's clothing at reasonable prices. There are often good sales to be found. I've also found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful. Update Nov 2025: Special top notch service from the manager today (wish I had her name) - she helped resolve a matter for me and was very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Terrific service!”
