“Agree with some of the reviews that they take some time. They are very busy but its mostly cause they know what they are doing. Initially took my laptop to the geek squad at best buy. They told me i need a new motherboard which was not true and would have cost $400 plus. These guys fixed my problems and charged me $130 bucks for 2 hours of labour.”
