This rare find is a unique find, sad that they are getting forced to online retail & and close to the public after 20+ years.

I remember this store from years ago when I lived uptown. This Spring or Summer I hope to make a visit there again and buy some books. Books you probably would never find in a regular bookstore or most sites online.

When I travel I like to see if I can find a nice used bookstore in whatever city I'm in. I really enjoy the atmosphere in such places and relish the chance of discovering something amazing, So I was delighted to find this store while staying in Saint Johns. The woman who runs the shop is very nice and genuinely wants to help you find just the right book. The selection is great, and the pricing is very fair. I left with a nice little stack of gems, and if I am ever back in Saint Johns I'll be stopping in again.

Super cute little bookstore. Actually a couple of room in an old building downtown. Very friendly owner, lovely to chat w. Got a couple of books. These are books you aren’t going to find at Coles. They have their own history. Yes they take cards.

Ordered a book online not realizing that the store is right in my city. The owners emailed me to see if I would rather pick up the book and reduce the shipping charges. They are wonderfully thoughtful and go that little extra for their customers.

A true gem of a place. 22 years independent in Saint John - local as local can get. Support these folks! Online sales keep the bricks and mortar shop alive!

Had to pop in to ask some unrelated work questions and the woman inside was extremely helpful and kind, she even directed me to some books I was thinking about reading. The store is FULL of all sorts of books and although I didn't get anything when I was inside, it's definitely a place I could see myself returning to. Please do your community a favour and support a local bookstore instead of spending it somewhere like amazon.
