How a company reacts when they make a mistake is a very good way to judge their performance as a business. And although they made a mistake, Russell went out of his way to make sure that I was not only looked after and the mistake rectified, but that my vehicle left his premises in perfect order. And he did it all with impeccable manners, grace, authority and a terrific sense of humor. I now know why he is senior service manager. And also why he has been with the company for 31 years. Looking into selling my girlfriends vehicle this week since we only need one vehicle for our lifestyle. I gotta say if you need a place where you’re broomed out the door faster than you can get their name you’ve found the place. Our sales representative I believe her name was heather but, unsure since she didn’t tell us we just saw it on the desk where she wrote down my girlfriends name and number in which she said “we will call you” which never happened (we expected that). the lady took maybe 3 photos on her phone, didn’t started it, asked no questions about the vehicle other than how much we owed and pushed us out the door. Like I said if you need a place to waste 5-10 minutes of your time and get no results this is the place for you!

Above and beyond excellent sales service. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle go see Joe Scichilone for sales and Paul Watson on finance.Purchased a 23 ford maverick from them. The whole process from trade in appraisal to keys in my hands were done in less than 24hrs.Another thing that was very impressive was the detailing the boys did on it for delivery. The truck was spotless.Again go see Joe Scichilone.

Everything started off well.Then a few glitches. Manager Russell fixed it up. Excellent customer service was provided, thank you Russell. Thanks to all the staff that worked late to ensure both my vehicles are safe for a long trip. Never have I encountered a dealership that the staff is so friendly and happy. Great prices for switch over tires.I can drop by anytime to get my tires checked and inflated. Great service all the time!

I had an exceptional experience with Downey Ford's service department in Saint John. From the moment I walked in, they provided me with white-glove treatment, ensuring I wouldn't be without a family vehicle. Their commitment to going above and beyond for customers, especially considering we don't live in Saint John, was truly remarkable.What stood out the most was their outstanding communication, dedication, and kindness. David Brown, in particular, deserves special recognition for taking care of us through every visit, whether it was via text, emails, or in-person handshakes.What truly impressed me was their willingness to cover certain parts even when it wasn't required. This showed just how much they value their customers, especially after some unfortunate issues with our new vehicle. Downey Ford's service department not only fixed our vehicle but also restored our faith in their exceptional customer service. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention they provided. They have earned my loyalty and trust.Our kids are happy to have our Expy back.

Had some issues with our Ford truck while pulling our camper. A tech heard the description of the problem and, despite it being a few minutes before closing, happily came and did a diagnostic scan offering his insights. He also offered a helpful suggestion that put us back on the road successfully. Committed, knowledgeable and helpful folks!

I Have had some of the best vehicle experiences in my time with Downey Ford. Wonderful from Sales Person, Leanne to Sales Manager, David Brown and Paul Watson the business manger. Keiver Calp, the General Sales Manager even helped me activate my navigation system. Quite a team!

Really happy with my choice of Downey Ford for my new vehicle. Heather Henderson was a helpful guide through the range of trucks I was looking at. Pros: Polite, went above and beyond at first, had a mechanic come out to discuss the vehicle in question, and a staff member created a personalized YouTube intro for the company.Cons:Asked for financial info, which, when provided, led to radio silence.Offered to find other vehicles within price range, then never reached out.Customers aren't a priority if not on location.Seemed to tire of me after I'd test driven more than one vehicle.Ultimately, if it was not for Leanne's politeness in person, the mechanics' willingness to talk with us about one of the vehicles or the YouTube video. My 3 week ordeal, which concluded without a sale, would have been a 1/5 star review.

Recently had to take our car in for an issue beyond our knowledge. Within hours received a call back notifying us of the issue and a solution to our problem. Car has been taken in for a new TCM (Transmission control module) and during the time of repairs got us a beautiful Ford Escape to drive. Two incredible people Judy and Giselle have made our struggles a walk in the park. Very caring and knowledgeable people took those extra steps for us. Couldn’t thank them enough! Visited Downey Ford Saint John for the first time recently to get my vehicle serviced. Very poor communication initially from a service advisor. What I understood would take about an hour or so to complete instead had me waiting 6+ hours to get my vehicle back. Still not sure what the point of making an early morning reservation is if your vehicle doesn’t get looked at until 2pm. But anyways, despite the huge inconvenience for me, Lead Advisor Giselle Landry totally saved the day with her outstanding customer service and knowledge as well as her very friendly and professional attitude. Because of Giselle and her ability to connect with customers and make them feel appreciated, I will return for future servicing and perhaps even a new purchase. Thanks Giselle!
