Rude woman at the front desk; She needs to gain some understanding of customer service. I will not return to that place and have asked my insurance company to review their agreement with FIX autos. Repair shops need to prioritize fixing their staff before fixing vehicles.

After being involved in an accident with the first brand new vehicle I've ever owned, I was devastated because I figured I'd never feel the the same way about it again. I had pretty much decided I was going to trade my SUV after the repairs were completed. Well, I just received my car back from Fix Auto today, and I have to say I'm beyond impressed with the repairs and the service I received! It's like the accident never happened! Not only does it look brand new again on the outside, they even detailed the inside! Thank you Fix Auto! I hope I never need your services again, but if I do, there's no question who I'll be trusting with the repairs.Services: Painting

I would not recommend this place if you're ever in an accident. I went there after my car slid off the road in February, I only received it back in May. Following getting my car back, the windshield washer fluid sensor was broken, both front brakes weren't working correctly. AND they left me on barely enough gas to get myself to the gas station.The only good thing about this company was the fact that their customer service ladies were amazing, and really patient when I got annoying.10/10 do NOT recommendServices: Painting
