“This is really a shout out to the Garden Centre side of things. The couple (I think!) that currently runs things in the Garden Centre have been fantastic. Great knowledge. Super hard-working. Beautiful healthy plants! I couldn't believe walking through there in the Spring & Summer & everything was well-priced & cared for - amazing selection! It's the Little Engine That Could in Saint John if you were paying attention. And right here in the West! It's true, you know, the West is the BEST!! And these cool cats in the Garden Centre sure kicked butt this year & I hope to see them again next year. Fine work!✌️??‍♂️”

“I can't say on The Vine is perfect. But I don't think they would claim to be. But they are honest and great customer service! I usually order over the phone and online, they have honestly forgotten stuff, a few times. . But!! I always felt comfortable calling them up and letting them know! They usually discover it instantly, or remember right away.... if a problem ever, call them they will fix it! They are very honest and always made it up! Honestly I do go and buy quite a bit. I think I frazzle them often lol but we are a large family, dropping a few thousand in groceries a month isn't unheard of., .And . On The Vine Is Always One of those places! I appreciate the fast making it right. .I know It doesn't help I send my hubby to pick up, and he never has a clue what I buy haha, so he doesn't check over. I do love the dinner boxes, the school box! I miss their produce box ... And much more i like buying several at a time! Great deal, lots of variety! I also miss GB location but make the trip often enough, at least monthly to On The Vine to pick up! Good, fresh! I enjoy their online updates on FB and contests too. I hope I win someday lol . I do know a friend who did though, which is amazing! Great place, class act! Friendly staff, friendly owner who has called himself to fix the odd problem... again thoughnwe do huge orders lol thanks again! 5 stars!”
