The staff are consistently pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and welcoming, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere with excellent ambience. Customers can hang out and read for free. The store features an on-site Second Cup coffee shop, plenty of parking, and good sales accessible via an app. Ordering online for in-store pickup is available to save time.

    Absolutely lovely store, staff were both pleasant and knowledgeable!
    When we ran into a gift card trouble at the cash the staff member serving us pleasantly chatted with our kids about the books they were getting and made the entire experience for them wonderful.
    Always a joy and I could browse here forever ❤️
