Never again!! My appointment was for the afternoon and was to drop off the vehicle at 1130 am, that was not until 120pm because nobody showed. He did message me to say he was behind, no problem. 230pm he locked himself out of the vehicle, I was close by and had the keys, no problem. 330pm they trip a circuit breaker and have to wait to have it turned back on. Messaged me at 4pm and said it would be ready at 5pm. 5pm Messaged me and said closer to 530pm. 530pm will be another 20mins, I said as long as it's a good job. Arrive to get my vehicle at 620pm, the whole vehicle is wet after it was waxed, weird. I Said why is the vehicle wet, we wash it after we wax because of dust, lol. Do you want me to dry it he asks, like seriously. Back wundow inside was completely missed, inside mirror as well as smudges on the windshield. Back seat and front passenger seat had cat hair on it, I have no pets.Worker is covered in cat and dog hair and says he has 4 pets, and says its from him, you can't make this up.

Im not satisfied how it turns out on my car. This is the first buffed and they made a messed on my passenger door handle, had a burn like paint and the markings of the buffing compound. I brought back my car and they do it all over again, and it turns out the swirl mark from buffing stays on. I have mettalic blue mazda, and im not happy how it turns out on my car

I had dried up puke from a 3 year old and there was a complete mess and some dirt in the back seat. The front didn't look great either, but they made it look like new. Very happy with the result and service, highly recommend!Service: Auto detailing

I took my Dodge in for a complete interior with multi-stage buffing to fix paint swirls and scratches. Car looks great now and I’m happy with the result .

Repeat customer of four times here. Unfortunately, I have to agree with Stephanie's review and say that the service was not satisfactory. I will no longer be taking my car here.One time, I noticed my trunk was uncleaned even though it was supposed to be detailed according to the package I purchased; I emptied out of my trunk beforehand, so that was disappointing. Another time, I purchased the diamond package and noticed dirty areas inside my car, such as the area between the rear headrests and rear window; the package didn't explicitly state this area was going to be cleaned, but when a customer is paying several hundred dollars they are expecting a thoroughly cleaned car in return. Finally, the interior windows were left dirty the last time I came in; it is disappointing to sit inside a newly detailed car only to look out the same dirty windshield you drove in with.The issue that bothered me most however was missing items in my car upon pickup: a small tray that attaches to my steering wheel & plastic hooks that attach to the back of the headrests. Both gone. I never bothered asking for them back, so I don't know what the story was there, but it bothers me that it even happened. These issues are all little things, but they add up—especially when it is happening every single time.Some other issues is that information on the packages and pricing is difficult to find. Ideally it should be listed on their website but I had to search through pages & pages of Facebook pictures to find it. Also, they should really go to a business signage printing place, and get a sign put up so their location is clearly marked (over the front door as well); I noticed this was an issue at their last location, too. There should be a small seating area inside for picking up your car if possible, and the place really should be staffed during the advertised hours (or at the very least answering the phone) not completely locked up when Google says they're open. It seems like the main guy is constantly changing his hours, coming in late, texting me to change pick-up times because he is still working on this-or-that... very unprofessional experience in my opinion. It feels like taking your car to the neighbor's kid not a professional business. And lastly the key drop off was hard to find and seems pretty flimsy.I say these things with a heavy heart, because this is a local business, and they surely are working hard and relying on the income from it. Let me be clear that I sincerely want them to succeed, and that is why I am offering this criticism so improvements can be made. All the best.Services: Polishing

This is the second time coming to Jets. First time the job was amazing, minus the wet seats, that took 3 days to dry, and soap marks in the seat. I was over on PEI, so I called and was told to brink it back when I got home and they fixed it right up free of charge. Picked the car up again today and car was again immaculate. Great job, and great customer service, and reasonably priced. Definitely be coming back in the future.Service: Auto detailing

Going to be as objective as possible. Definitely gave the company the benefit of the doubt but I will not be a repeat customer unfortunately. I know this is a small family business and I love to support those types of businesses but Jets did not perform to the standard of detailing that I expected based on other reviews I have read.I spoke over the phone with other detailing locations and they were extremely professional, informative and explanatory in that a car detailing typically takes several hours to ensure a quality job is done. (I.e: taking the time to make sure the interior of the vehicle is completely dry before returning vehicle to customer)Pros:-The interior of my car is clean overall.- Was supposed to be $124.99 plus tax, he said he would take $100 flat. Appreciated the discount.Cons:- Customer service, professionalism, information provided and communication is sub par, pretty lackadaisical.- The key drop off box could easily be broken into, perhaps something more secure would be good.- No new car smell.- Informed the outside of my vehicle would be washed, when I arrived for pick up it was not. He ended up doing a quick wash but mustn’t have been made aware prior.- steering wheel cover was not taken off and the steering wheel was not clean. Inside middle console was not cleaned.- inside of my front windshield had not been cleaned.- over head console exterior, visors and mirrors in visors and other compartments in vehicle were not cleaned.- seats were VERY wet upon pick up.- Opening shop hours are 10 AM, I was advised to drop off my car between 10am - 12pm, dropped it at 10am. The guy was pretty late. Said he had to get supplies first but arrived after 1pm. If you have set hours of operation it would be extremely helpful to have somebody working in the shop during the advertised hours but it’s possible they are not set up to do as such.- no shuttle, no waiting area or anyone in shop to discuss/confirm the detailing package upon arrival.- I provided paint pens as they mentioned they could take care of the tiny chips in the paint on the the vehicle. They missed a lot of them and the ones they did look really bad.- informed that the detailing would take a few hours which then turned into just a couple hours. I dropped it off at 10 AM and he began working on it between 1:15pm - 2pm, picked up at 4pm I think the job was rushed resulting in some unsatisfactory work.I do wish the business all the best! Perhaps this feedback can lead to some improvements moving forward.Services: Auto detailing
