I visited the store on December 16/24 to look for a winter coat. I chose a colour and style but my size wasn’t available in the store. I checked with the staff member at the cash and she was able to order the coat I wanted in the colour and size. I was pleasantly surprised that it could be delivered to my address and at the sale price. Today is December 20 and it just arrived- FedEx. It fits well and the colour is great. Overall it was a very smooth experience. Thank you Marks Saint John.

This is a go to store of mine. Fantastic selection of men's work wear. Fantastic selection of cold climate outdoor clothing. You'll find everything you need to stay warm from undergarments to weather rated Coats. Large variety of brands for every department. I also love the selection of men's shirts. My father wants nothing else but "his" pocketed collard shirts that keep him stylish and are easy to wash and wear. Huge selection to choose from for every season. They carry SAXX brand and that's my husband's go to. Something for everyone. I always make out fantastic with their sales and can usually purchase a few shirts for my dad for the cost of one. They have different sale campaigns constantly. Clean store with change rooms if needed. The staff has gone out of their way to give me excellent customer service. I highly recommend it!

Customer service should be separate from the cashiers. Long line up. I'm sure that's due to the Christmas season. I used to love shopping there. Prices and selection keep me away.
