“Amazing customer service! We were travelling through Saint John NB on route to visit family in NS. One of us realised they had left their phone at home. Seeking to replace it we arrived at the McAllister Mall Telus store on a Sunday, an hour before opening time. Tara greeted us warmly at their boutique location, quickly analysed our situation and had our phone replaced and activated within the hour. All this at a lower monthly cost than we had been paying.
