They decided without prior notice that they wont include anymore property tax paymend split thru the year. We realized it almost 8 months after happenig due to some family issues. Went to the bank and meet with someone and explained him all this and that we did not receive any letter or news and this wasnt very proffessional since we had already signed to be done this way. He would have dissuss this with his manager . Has been 1.5 months i keep calling and letting voice message and send 2 email to him with no answer.I really feel not valued and not respected i never had any issue in paying ecct. But very very dissapointeed to far and as well full of worries if did change something else and i am not aware.

Went to update debit and address. Quick and courteous service. While there was introduced to president of National bank Also Vp and the rest of his entourage. They took the time to chat.

Can never get through to contact any one , app is not the greatest either , the ladies them self at bank are very polite and helpful

Was speaking with a member of the staff at this financial institution about a potential mortgage and gave her my information but said I had more information to give to her in a week. I asked if I could meet with her in person and she ignored my request and ran our information through and told us we couldn't get a mortgage via text at 9pm at night, causing me to be up all night with anxiety that my husband and I just took a credit hit. We had a unique situation I wanted to discuss in person before proceeding and she never asked if I was okay with her running our information to find our credit report. I feel sick to my stomach that I ever gave her our information ahead of time. I will not come to this bank again in the future, and will advise others against it as well.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Not from 71 king street location itself but from national bank service as a whole!! If thinking of using national bank as your service dont do it, go elsewhere! My personal experience was this.... the bank close to me was closed a fee years ago so the closest 1 is a 45 minute drive. A customer had given me $2200 in cash, we went to the city 45 minutes away to do back to school shopping today, on a Sunday, so I stopped at the bank to deposit this cash. I put it in the machine as you should, after 46 items in counting and showing on the screen the screen went blank, the machine shut down, reloaded, then spit my card back out and the screen said this abm out of service. I never got any slip, no confirmation that I even deposited it. The money did not go in my account. I called the 1-800 #, spoke with a gentleman that had a really hard time understanding english, I had to repeat the same thing over and over. He puts me on hold and says he will check into it and get right back to me. Over 32 minutes later he came back on the line and said he opened an inquiry and it would take a minimum of 10 business days to check into this. I told him that is unacceptable and it needed to be figured out today but he was very rude and told me that's all he could do. Unbelievable terrible service and they are not there to help their customers clearly! It was a computer issue clearly and those things happen but to be told it will be a minimum of 10 business days is absurd! I would expect someone would open that bank machine and see the money there and rectify this at the very latest the next business day but no, not there to help at all! So in saying this I would highly recommend using any other bank than National!! I know I will be switching once they decide to give memy money that their machine ate!!!!UPDATE: In response the the response I got from the "owner" that their must be a misunderstanding with the agent and to call the branch. I just called. Explained it all again and was told they only open the machines to balance them on Friday so it would be after that. That's great help, have to wait another business week to know when I may get my money back or deposited into my account because of their failed abm machine. I asked for it to be taken care of today and was simply told no!!
