Petsmart prices have gone up way too much. And they don't take proper care of the reptiles. They have them in such small enclosures and they sometimes forget to give them enough water or food. They shouldn't be selling them. There should be laws regulating the sale of reptiles and amphibians just like there is for the furry animals like dogs and cats.

Grooming policy needs to change, if a dog acts up and makes other dogs anxious they remove the dogs that are anxious and not the one causing problems. I bet if i come in and start screaming at the employees they would remove me and not the employee, they remove the aggressor. Why not apply the same principal when it comes to animals. You have to book weeks out then drive in and hope someone elses dog doesnt mis behave, like really!!!!Give your head a shake.

I have only taken my dog to the Saint John PetSmart groomers once, and I will not be back. My dog was very nervous and timid when I picked him up, which is the absolute opposite of his personality. My dog is not troublesome, he is 15 years old. My sweet senior puppy couldn't wait for me to come and pick him up and I've never seen him appear so uncomfortable. I am not sure what exactly happened, but whatever it was my dog did not like it. Just because our dogs can't talk, does not mean they cannot communicate.

I made a grooming appointment for my dog online, and it showed that he needed rabies vaccine, so I left work early before the appointment date to get it done in June. My husband took him for the appointment with paperwork and it was good. Next appointment was postponed to the next day. We took him there, and they said his rabies need to be updated and that they cannot take him as it is their policy. We didn't have the paperwork with us at that time because we expected that they updated his vaccine status last time. We had plans but had to take him home. His appointment was moved to the following Saturday. We were told 2.5 to 3 hours. I went in 2.5 hours after we dropped him off. I looked at my dog and the groomer seemed like she just started working on him. waited for 30 minutes and went in. I asked is my dog done yet? She goes "WHO?? I repeated myself, and then she says "almost done". 25 minutes later, I'm still waiting. If something changes or is needed for appointments, you need to communicate with customers before they come in. It feels like they don't value customers' time.

The cashier was amazing! She even helped me find the coupon on my account!! I wish there was an adoption area and I wish they offered some sort of cat grooming too.Also, I wish that the workers knew what was coming in the order. Instead of saying "check back on Wednesday. It may be coming in that order".

Went looking or a certain dog food for a friend and only had a picture. The employee knew exactly what it was and where to find it. That was helpful enough but the I had to find out about geckos and the same employee was extremely knowledgeable and ver helpfulTks
