“Wonderful pharmacy! Staff are amazing, friendly and accommodating. No one pushing you to use self serve checkouts (unlike the "competitors ")- they don't have any!
They offer 20% off on senior discount day even on items which are already on sale. (Again, unlike the competition).
The Pharmacists are extremely professional and caring.”

“The pharmacy is thorough and often double checks on patients for instructions provided to ensure they know how to utilize new medications. Thanks for taking care of your patients!”

“One of the few places in the city that stocks a variety of brand-name perfumes. They offer options for every budget, and the store is always well-stocked, neat, and organized whenever I visit. The staff are friendly too”

“I have been to plenty of pharmacies over the years but Sobeys east point has the most kindest compassionate staff and that makes a huge difference.I don’t feel like a number to them, they actually take time out of their busy days to call me and make sure a new med is working well for me. This is above and beyond what I could ever expect.Their layers and layers of kindness keeps me 100% loyal to them as they’ve shown me what it’s like to actually be cared for.”

“My one and only gripe about Lakewood Guardian is that since COVID began, the operating hours have been significantly reduced which is a real hassle.

That said, the store is pretty well-stocked and the staff both in the pharmacy and store are extremely helpful, friendly and quick to answer any questions. The folks in the pharmacy have been especially kind and helpful when running into issues with prescriptions or needing an emergency refill, and they always fill my prescription orders (even if it's several items) in like 20 minutes.

The kind, quick and patient staff keeps me coming back year over year, and finally out an end to hopping from pharmacy to pharmacy to accommodate a new workplace or living arrangement. I don't care if I have to drive further and I'll deal with the weird hours of operation for the stellar service.”

“I entered this store for the first time yesterday and I did see a wide selection of products that would appeal to many different people and was greeted with warm customer service.I will note that I entered for lubricant and was a bit disappointed at their selection. I use a lot of lubricant and often switch brands. In the lubrication industry novelty is the name of the game. I will try new products as they come out and found this stores selection lacking. I did pick up some tried and true brands that will do the trick but will likely have to shop at other stores or online in the future for this need that I have. However, since the overall experience was pleasant and I can see the appeal for others besides myself, I have no option but to rate this store 5 stars! Kudos!”

“I don't get prescriptions filled here and opt for Shoppers on Crown. The new location on the 2nd floor is better. Canada Post on site which is handy. As mentioned by others, hours of operation are skimpy which I understand, as the uptown basically closes entirely each day at 6 pm. Parking is a major ordeal to use this store hence it sees a lot of foot traffic.”

“I walked in to get a prescription but they didn’t have doctors who could write one. The pharmacist was really a saviour she suggested we go to a walk-in clinic but if you live in NB you know how that goes! Anyways she suggested eNB.ca would be my best bet and worked out so well. I had a Nurse practitioner reach out to me in an hour and I had a prescription within an hour. An hour lated I went and picked up my meds from Shoppers and they were amazing! Thank God for that pharmacist lady!”
