“Brought my 9 week old golden doodle in for service dog training. Staff were amazing & respectful. Directing questions to myself & not engaging with the pup. Much appreciated. Thank you from Mr. Charlie & owner.”

“I think the pharmacy owner is great, and I’m sure it isn’t easy when 6 or 7 months pregnant. T L, and R .plus those who are rotating, do a fine job. The support staff of course one.gets used to seeing too. They are just the kindest sweetest people most times. It is a demanding, stressful job.”

“I'm a huge fan every time I go there I've got nothing but great service from the front desk all the way back to the pharmacy any questions I've ever asked they've helped me with no attitude only friendliness and they didn't have something they would apologize and that means a lot in this day and age.”

“I have been to plenty of pharmacies over the years but Sobeys east point has the most kindest compassionate staff and that makes a huge difference.I don’t feel like a number to them, they actually take time out of their busy days to call me and make sure a new med is working well for me. This is above and beyond what I could ever expect.Their layers and layers of kindness keeps me 100% loyal to them as they’ve shown me what it’s like to actually be cared for.”

“I had such a great experience the other day thanks to Noah, the cashier who helped me out. From the start, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to. He handled everything quickly but never made it feel rushed, took the time to answer my questions, and made the whole interaction genuinely enjoyable. And I have to give credit where it’s due his beard is top tier. Seriously, somehow adds to his whole friendly, put together vibe. It’s a small detail, but it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. It’s not every day you come across someone who brings that kind of positive energy and care to their job. Noah made a routine stop feel like a great experience, and that really stuck with me. Huge thanks to him for going above and beyond!”

“This is to the young women working in the Pharmacy, this evening, after 9pm, at the Shoppers Drug Mart on the West Side of Saint John, thank you for giving us that last final tip before I left, after the wonderful pharmacist gave me some great advice, too. You made us feel really appreciated.”
