I needed to have my sim card switched to an eSim so I visited the McAllister Mall location. Andrea was super helpful, she had me setup and good to go in less than 10 mins. She even verified with me that my phone worked with the new eSim before I left.

I had the worse time with rogers today, I have been trying for over a week to change my cell phone from Virgin to Rogers and when they finally did that my phone got locked and Rogers said they couldn't help me. I wasted over 2 hours trying to get this straightened out and finally had to cancel Rogers.. I will never deal with Rogers ever again.. They were no help at all.

Purchased a brand new Iphone 14 and a few days later the screen went green with lines while sitting in bed. I had brought the phone back and the first two workers told me I needed to go through Apple, which was not the case as Apple advised the store is responsible to swap out the defective device. After speaking with the RSG department they advised me to return to the store to have the phone replaced and if there were any issues to have the store call RSG. They refused to call RSG and determined the phone was “damaged” because of a tiny mark on my otter box. That night I went home and called tech support who advised the only thing stores can determine to be damage is physical damage to the phone itself, they also advised they can not diagnose a screen issue in the store beyond visible damage such as a visible crack, as they’re not equipped to, and they also told me the issue I was describing sounds 100% like a hardware malfunction and not from being dropped, tech support also advised me to return to the store. I returned to the store today after speaking with several support representatives that all advised me the store was responsible to replace my phone and what they were doing was wrong, they refused to speak to RSG and told me if I didn’t leave the store they would call security, what a joke. After my 3 trips to rogers, contact with numerous people and many tears, RSG took it into their hands and are replacing my phone. All the reps were astonished how the manager at this store acted and an agent reported the store to cooperate.Just out of curiosity I brought the phone to a repair place here in the city and they said it looks like an led malfunction and would advise the customer to go through warranty: Avoid at all costs, they will literally sit and argue things that are simply not true.

Not to get into all the details of my horrible experience....after 3 trips to this store 7 days and no less then 20 hours on the phone with Roger's, I was finally able to return a phone that I perchached 10 days ago, well within the 14 day return date, only to be told by the assistant manager "I was wasting his time" It is never ok to tell a paying customer they are wasting your time, I have delt with rogers for 30 years , no more! moving all my services to bell asap

Switched providers and am now forced to pay 600 dollars for a phone I was leasing and they refuse to take back. Highly don't recommend Rogers at all

Not sure what I need to get my internet installation!!!!, after several weeks and 3 appointment, each technician that visit my apartment gave me a different kind of story, the first one asked for some letter, the second doesn't have the tools to do the installation and the third one talked about fire line. Unfortunately I worked and study remotely and already get problem at my job and college due to inefficient service of Rogers.By now I have no visibility to when I'll get the installation and maybe on next appointment another new excuse gonna happen that will drive another week without internet.

Half the time that I go to this store it's closed due to staffing issues, the other half the staff just tell me there's nothing we can do in-store, call the 1800 number....... What's the point of having a store front ?

For a phone company that sells phones and phone plans they don’t answer theirs very well I have called atleast 10 times within a span of 4 hours and each time they have let it ring for about 5 minutes

My partner and I had a horrific experience dealing with the customer care (use that term lightly) call centre when a problem came up with getting a new installed service. My partner tried for 3 days on his lunch hour to get thru to someone to talk too. When our schedules finally lined up this past Friday March 4th we went to the Rogers store in McAllister Mall.We were greeted by Annabelle O and from the moment she and her coworker heard our story they went above and beyond to make sure we were set up, satisfied, happy and appreciated. Annabelle listened and apologized profusely for our experience which was not her place too and she made us feel welcomed , appreciated and valued! In this day and age when most things happen faceless online or phone I think it’s important to remember the service you actually get in a brick and mortar store.Hands down she and her coworker need to be recognized for the amazing customer centric experience they providedShe won us as loyal customer. Thank you

This is not a complaint about this particular store, but about Rogers Communications in general….This company is an absolute JOKE.I can not understand how they still have customers.I signed a new cellphone contract with Rogers YEARS ago. They PROMISED I would not be overcharged each month. (As I wanted to switch to pay-as-you-go because they would overcharge me every, single, month. Literally. Every month)So the employee convinced me to sign a new contract and get a new phone. She gave me her WORD that I would not be overcharged each month. I literally used the words, “do you promise I won’t have to call each month to get the charges fixed?…” and she said ,”yes. I promise”.I signed the contract.For the following four months after that, I was overcharged $15 each month. Every. Single. month. I would call, they would apologize and take it off, and I would call again the next month.Finally, month 5, I explained that I was fed up and not doing that for 2 whole years. I told them to take their phone back and I was done.Nope. They said “you signed a contract”.I explained that I signed a contract with the agreement that I would NOT have to call monthly to have my bill fixed. But since they weren’t keeping their end of the contract, they can cancel me out.The refused.It has been at LEAST 5 years. COLLECTIONS IS STILL CALLING! Lol! They don’t seem to understand that they’re never getting a dime from me. Eveeeer. It’s laughable that Rogers is still around.Do yourself a favour and go with Bell Mobility! I have NEVER had any problems with them. EVER. Save yourself the headache. Don’t bother with Rogers. Ever.Oh, and their internet package is no different. Overcharges constantly.Joke company.
