This week I purchased two suits from Sheena at the Saint John RW&CO. I must have tired on 20 different outfits and asked for another size, color or style along the way. I think we were there an hour going through which suit looks and fits the best. Sheena provided the perfect customer service I have seen on a LONG time. Her genuine attitude to have the customer happy at the end of the transaction was proof of her attention to detail and all the fun we had with finding the perfect outfit. Thank you Sheena, I will be back!

I enjoy this store. One of the few retailers where you can still purchase decent men's clothing at reasonable prices. There are often good sales to be found. I've also found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful.

One star because it's not possible to leave 0 stars.RW & Co in McAllister Mall in Saint John, NB did not have my son's suit size in stock so they eagerly offered to ship one to him. We ordered, paid and left the store happily with only an empty garment bag. Six weeks later (today) I visited the store to ask where the suit was, only to discover they never had or shipped the suit, and to frustrate matters more, they entered our email incorrectly into their system and didn't take our phone number so we were never notified of the error. We drove 4 hours roundtrip for this suit, paid in advance and had waited patiently, but the bloated, condescending manager was unfazed and waved us toward a wobbly clearance rack in the back of the store where we could humbly choose another suit "within reason" from the handful of misshapen rejects from a previous sale, none of which were my son's size.No thank you. We won't be back.

You will be able to find sales on all kinds of styles. While the brand is expensive, it manages to be affordable and well-designed. Both the staff in Fredericton and Saint John give amazing customer care!

I just had the worst customer service experience in my life!!! The sales lady was extremely rude, had no idea what she was talking about and wouldn't listen to me. To top it off she constantly made terrible suggestions. She shouldnt be in sales. I couldnt be more disappointed. This shopping trip was for my sons birthday today. He loves the suits there so I wanted to treat him to a new suit, shirts and some ties. That will be the last $450.00 this store gets from me. I will never return!!
