Better off going to grand bay home hardware it’s better communication and the staff are great and understanding. I was trying to return some lumber and to be able to return lumber they have to be sealed in the straps so when they dropped it off it was left there sealed and tarped until we were going to use them and then we got a mortgage so we were going to return them and the manager was picky about them and said he would be losing a lot of money by giving us back our 1180 and so we had to get all the plywood put back in and even the workers in the yard were wondering why he couldn’t have taken it back it’s sad I lost money but I learned I’m never going there again Poor management.
