Grossly dissatisfied with the changes in policy. Particularly, regarding hours of operation and number of staff. Have made it exceedingly difficult to bank if you work a day job. Just left the branch on King St in Saint John NB. Line up was 20 ppl deep. And folks had been in line for upwards of 45 minutes. Simply inexcusable. I will be changing institutions as soon as possible. Do not recommend Scotiabank to anyone.

Beutifull for photos. Theres no work after 15h. They don't care after that, or the work is only to speak with assistant with nothing to do, online is better. I can't deposit in the machine and everyone is complaining about the same problem with that. Just DO NOT WORK: rejecting the bills or cheque and the help was just: keep trying or come before 15h.

A couple of the women working there seem really nice but the younger one with the dark black hair I think she's like a manager or something her grasp of the English language is very poor and for some reason it seems to really bother her that you can't understand a word that she's trying to say lol and no saying it faster incorrectly dosent help

The people who work here are awesome. At no fault of the employees, the biggest drawback to this bank is the wait times. The wait times are unreasonably long.There are few times I can get anything done here without having a 30 min wait time at best, which isn't too much of a problem for me, but for others—especially alot of older folks I've seen—it can be brutal.I can't count how many times I've seen folks come in to do their banking on their lunch breaks, only to wait in line for 45 mins, then having to leave before making it to the teller.Everybody working there is great to deal with, they just need more people working on the floor.

The tellers are very friendly and helpful. The wait times are horrible, it’s a busy branch and they usually have only 2 tellers working. Also the hours are impossible if you have a job, no weekends or late/early options.
