I wanted to look around the store and see if I should get a sheet face mask I was doing my own thing when the sales floor lady asked me if I needed help and I asked her about the collection of face mask in store and I also let her know that I have a sensitive skin she suggested the Sephora hydration sheet mask, and I blindly trusted her without reading the label, I understand that would be on me but I would also expect a salesperson selling a skin related product would know that parfum is not a right fit for a sensitive skin.

I went in just to get foundation, but thanks to Marwa's great customer service, I ended up with 8 items (concealer, lip liner, liquid blush, foundation, brushes, and some other skincare products). Marwa was amazing at helping me find my skin tone and matching it with the right brands that look great on me! She's really skilled, so if you're a POC looking for makeup advice, definitely go see her. She made me feel very welcomed!

The sales girl walked by me few times before asking if I needed assistance. I don't normally wear makeup but had to purchase some for a wedding I was in. The girl was helpful in picking out foundations to try, but didn't seem very confident in realizing what I was looking for. Regardless, I was able to pick something out with her help.

I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had a few days ago at this Sephora in Saint John. I took my kids in so my step daughter could use her gift card she got for her birthday and my four year old was running in the aisles. Just as I was down talking to him about how he can’t run in a store like this one an employee by the name of Amanda approached us and told me if he didn’t stop running she was going to kick me out. She said he was going to run into one of her “clients” or ruin something and I’ve never been more embarrassed or humiliated in my life. It was so unprofessional and it actually violates a human rights code called family status discrimination so this is unacceptable and I won’t let up until something is done about it. No person should ever feel like they aren’t welcome somewhere because they have a child. My son wasn’t hurting anyone and wasn’t touching any of the product so this was not acceptable on any level. I spend so much money at Sephora because it’s convenient and always a nice experience, until now of course, but I can get any of the products directly from the website of whatever brand I want so I will not be back until something is done about this.

I'm updating my review to include Morganan ABSOLUTELY wonderful. She didn't rush me or make me feel stupid. She understood my budget and was just ABSOLUTELY amazing. I hope to see her next time I visit.This last visit I had was wonderful. I prefer certain brands and Rihhia I believe her name was was wonderful. In the past people have tried to force me to go to other brands but this lady was wonderful. She was kind. Looked for a product that she couldn't find. Apologized for not being able to find it. Explained and helped me so much. Absolutely wonderful. She listened to my situation and helped me find just the right products on my budget. Absolutely wonderful hopefully I will see her again. She was the best of the best

I am very shy when it comes to talking to people or asking for help. But, in this store I feel so good. They are very helpful. I love how friendly Marwa and Sevana are. They always help and make sure that I get what I need.

Wow truly unforgettable experience today at Sephora… an older woman with yellow hair harassed us while we shopped, following us sometimes as close as a foot away, and became verbally aggressive. I understand theft prevention, but the way she repeatedly asked us if she could help us, more pointed as she went on, was concerning and upsetting. Her barrage of nonsense was wildly unprofessional and unacceptable. This experience made me very uncomfortable and I will not be back.All the other staff were INCREDIBLE and so helpful though, and I wish my rating could be for their service alone and not the overall experience.

Customer service is always incredible here. Staff make sure you’re always taken care of! Melissa especially went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, showing me before/after pictures and testing the products with me! Definitely will return. My one complaint is the unsupervised children in the store which is at no fault to the company but many times they run rampant and make huge messes with the testers (which the staff are very prompt to clean up). Almost wish there was an age limit or mandatory parental supervision, just something to combat this.
