Staff was rude
When I went to showcase I wanted a sniff and sense water bottle so I got it and tried it and it didn’t work so when I went to return it they where so rude they said well we can’t accept this because it’s opened and I get it’s opened but she said every one who got it liked it and she said even we tried it and it worked so tell me we got the 1 who didn’t work but she said it in a rude tone and it was my brithday to

My daughter wanted to buy a feastables chocolate bar there and when the cashier rang it up she said $14! We bought the exact same one elsewhere for $3.

Went today to look around with my wife. Found a cool item I wanted to buy for my son for Christmas. Put the item down to pay only to listen to 3 workers argue over whose supposed to be working and whose password is needed for cash. No acknowledgement to us about our purchase. At 3 minutes of listening to this we put the item back and left. Nobody tried to help what so ever or even acknowledge that we were leaving.

I went in to get a specific item. I also planned on doing some Christmas shopping. The lady although friendly, said she couldnt get my item because there were boxes in front of it. Ive never experienced anything quite like that before.I told her maybe id come back, but i wont ever be back! I realize it probably was a hassle to move a few boxes, and i know retail is demanding, but really? It would have been a substantial sale. Oh well business must be booming if you can turn customers away.shouldnt have your store open if you cant sell everything in it. Not impressed at all.
