Went in to the parts department trying to see if they had the flange bolts for my Silverado's CV Axle. They were unable to tell me the part # or even look it up without the VIN. Told me there were "too many variations" (of a standard bolt, on a standard axle, that was used across multiple vehicle platforms for GMC/Chev for 15+ years). So completely incorrect info. Part#11509419 BTW guys...Literally took me 5 mins on Google to find what you claimed was impossible to lookup...as the dealer. Sub Par customer service for sure.

Service broke the transmission cover when taking it off, and I was quoted an $8000 transmission replacement. So I took it to another place and it turns out the cover wasn’t actually broken (service manager had lied to both me and GM corporate), but since they dumped it outside with no transmission cover the internals rusted, fulfilling the botched diagnosis. Had to go to small claims court to get ANYTHING.

2 visits, first tried to charge me $5800 for a transmission I did not need, then $2000 for a brake job, $170.00 in shop supplies and grease alone, plus double dipping on the labour.

Went in for warranty work on a fuel pump valve. Shady business practices here to get back business they never clipped it in so my engine light came on 5 minutes later I came back they reviewed they still didn't clip it fully in so it still had an engine code in the next town I was traveling to.I found an honest mechanic who took two seconds to click it in and my engine code went awaythis is a very shady business and very shady business practices would never return honestly has now made me view never buying a GM for the warranty practices that are going on never trust them to do work on your vehicle they will wreck something so that you have to come back and have work done again

DO NOT GO THERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!!Took my car here to change a water pump on a Chevrolet and they quoted 2hrs for the workship and said my bill would be $800Ended up with $1800 as a bill, got back to Charlottetown and my car fell apartApparently they didn’t tighten everything they loosened in the car which would cost me nothing less than $6000 to get fixed backI called and the reply they could give me was “ you asked for your water pump changed and we changed it”The people there are so rude and reckless

Great dealership! Wonderful service. We recently bought a truck from Nick at Steele Chevrolet. Highly recommend! They have a wonderful team in sales, and we recently interacted with people in the service department who were fantastic as well.

Not impressed. Brought my vehicle in for an 11:30 appointment on a Monday. Car wasn't looked at until 4pm that evening. Wasn't told what the issue was until I called Tuesday morning around 11. Said they needed to order a part. I call Wednesday afternoon and I was informed the part had come in that morning but no one had started the work. Call back Thursday at lunch time to find that they are only now starting the work. So far they have had my car for 4 days and have not addressed the issue, all while charging outrages labor fees. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who needs their vehicle fixed in a timely manner.

Everything was fine until the day we picked up the vehicle! They were one hour late for our appointment to sign our contract, no apologies. The person in charge of signatures (not gonna give any name here) was rude and unprofessional. Someone added the GAP to our contract without asking us. When we pointed it out, they got frustrated and said ''all the paperwork was made with GAP'', this was not my fault... no one asked us. Then they wanted to see insurance, I showed them my card, and they wanted to see insurance on the new vehicle, I said I was covered under the 14 days grace period. They took the contract back and said ''the car is not leaving my yard until I see insurance on the new vehicle''. I almost laugh.. THEIR yard?! I'm pretty sure the boss was in the room behind me. Also, it is the first time I get access to the VIN of the vehicle, how am I supposed to have insurance yet? On top of that, we previously agreed with Richard, our salesman, that we would send the insurance by email the next day. The whole time felt like they were waiting to pick up a fight with me that I had no intention of having. No one was dying, I dont get why this had to be so confrontational. Chill...Everyone else was helpful, pleasant, and seemed happy to help. Richard was very customer oriented and actively trying to help.
