Because of my location, I have been on long calls that only resulted in wasted hours. We worked with Jamie today and everything was magical; our problem was resolved in 15mins.

This may or may not be the store, but someone I know had a not so great experience over here with some salesperson who I will not name. This person, let's call her Jane, had such a bad experience that she decided to get her new phone all the way in Toronto, Ontario.
Since then, I met Jane at another Telus store. Jane is lovely and I am very glad to have met her.
So I personally want to thank whoever offered Jane that phone deal that was "so bad I was forced to go to Dufferin mall."

Julian was awesome, I can’t say enough about how greatful I am for all his help!
This is why I come to the Telus store - is to get the help switching my phones over.

Friday evening my husband and I went to the Telus store at McAllister Place in Saint John, NB. My husband needed an upgrade, I needed a personal cell. Yash Patel was so helpful. He walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. We were so impressed with him that I encouraged him to come and work with me! Please pass along our feedback. Julie and Tom

It was such an amazing day with Uche. She was so helpful, very detailed and was able to help all through the process of getting a new phone. She took me through all the processing and made having a new phone worth it. Such a wonderful and great customer service. Obviously, am coming back again. An excellent service. Top notch service. I don't ever call the helpline of Telus on the phone. Unless you push the sales button you never get anyone. And the help is not help.
I call this location or I go here whenever I need help. Austin and some of the others have helped me out here over the last couple years. Always go out the door happy!
The staff here should teach the rest of Telus how it's done!

Best customer service I ever had! Austin went above and beyond to help me when I went in to switch my services to Telus and get a new tablet. After not receiving my sims cards for my phones he made himself available every time I called and went in store until I had all my services set up and was satisfied with the resolution of all my issues. Thank you!!!

I have been with Telus for 20 years and the staff at the McCallister Mall location has always been very courteous and super polite to deal with and my primary reason to stay with Telus !!! Keep up the good work everyone

Amazing customer service! We were travelling through Saint John NB on route to visit family in NS. One of us realised they had left their phone at home. Seeking to replace it we arrived at the McAllister Mall Telus store on a Sunday, an hour before opening time. Tara greeted us warmly at their boutique location, quickly analysed our situation and had our phone replaced and activated within the hour. All this at a lower monthly cost than we had been paying. Kudos to Tara and Telus!
